Our neighboring building 617 7th St was an opportunity to combine historic elements with the technology of today. Built in the 1920s this classical style building has many ornate details found in the exterior and the interior.

We wanted to tie in the panels added with the existingceiling so we used modern technology of 3D modeling software as well as CNC routing.
