Heather has 15 years of experience in the industry and has been with Wolcott for eight years.  As a trusted designer and team lead, Heather manages Wolcott’s Landlord Studio team and projects from start to finish.  Heather is involved in all phases, from initial information gathering and planning to design implementation and construction management.  Specializing in working for our most notable Developers, Landlords, and Management teams in Los Angeles, Heather has a keen understanding of the brokerage, leasing, and asset management sides of the commercial real estate industry and serves as a partner at the table with a pulse on design trends, industry standards and ultimately what attracts and keeps tenants enjoying their space and the amenities a property can offer them.
