Manhattan Beach, CA
This 25,000 SF corporate office required interior architecture, design, and graphic services. The national non-profit envisioned a space that incorporated transparency while exhibiting sustainability and longevity, which are guiding principles for the organization.

Views and natural light were incorporated into the design through the use of glass at the perimeter spaces to maximize borrowed height.
