A global investment firm moves their headquarters to a mid-20th century 3-story masonry building. It’s envelope, dotted with small fenestration, inherently opaque from the street experience and the isolated interior open air courtyard. LED backlit, billboard-sized wall graphics featuring the client’s most impressive properties were integrated into the lobby design, now visible to the street. The lighting team was fully integrated with the architectural team from the very beginning of schematics to assure outstanding design, code-compliance, and value for the lighting scheme.
