Position Description:

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the business department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  • Budget management; deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Manage marketing print production, receipt, and distribution.
  • Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all media outlets.
  • Managing the entire project marketing line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for services.
  • Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress.
  • Manages daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting regularly to President, Principals, and finance department on fiscal status.
  • Responsible for managing on-going contests submittals for the company as needed.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Supports staff by providing market trends, marketing material, up-to-date presentations.
  • Help manage staff attendance at trade show and promotional events.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Approximately 4-6 years of experience in the marketing industry.
  • Experience with a company in a related company sector.
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  • Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • English fluency required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy level and sense of humor essential.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Software, and Webflow is a plus.
