Wolcott Transformed a utilitarian radio station with no distinct design profile into a bold architectural statement that reflects the creative posture of it’s client, the international Cinematographers Guild (ICG). The 14,000 square foot project included an extensive interior upgrade and exterior renovations resulting in a significant redesign. Innovative interior and exterior lighting gives the building an array of dramatic looks through day and night.
The design established a contemporary identity for the building, and its client, by introducing new materials, textures and palette colors to the area. The new facility energizes the tenant space and the streetscape. Subsequently, neighboring buildings along Sunset Boulevard have been undergoing renovation, clearly following the vision initiated by the ICG architecture.
