David Barton gym is a high-end fitness center with over 30,000 SF of space. Wolcott developed a thematic interior plan that is known to be a David Barton signature. An open concept was used to maximize views of the desert landscape. We were challenged to work within the 2nd floor parameters of the ground up development and plan functions with respect to the leasing requirements of potential tenants.
