John Wolcott
Having founded Wolcott Architecture Interiors (WAI) in 1975, John divides his professional time between overall management of the firm, client development and design direction. John
acts as principal-in-charge for many of the firm's major design projects. WAI has been consistently ranked among the "Top 200 Design Giants" by Interior Design Magazine and was ranked #66 in 1981 by Inc. Magazine on its "Top 100 Fastest Growing Private companies in the United States" list. WAI won the B.O.M.A. TOBY Award for Watt Plaza – Renovated Building of the Year, 2004. John is
a founding member of the Santa Monica chapter of Young Presidents Organization. John is a California Certified Interior Designer.
Prior to forming WAI, John was Director of Design and member of the Board of Directors of Carol Sagar Office Interiors, a Los Angeles based interior design and office furniture company.
He had previously been Project Designer with both Charles Luckman Associates and Albert C. Martin & Associates.
