Construction Administration / Observation

  • Initiate pre-construction conference with client
  • Review detailed construction schedule with client and contractor
  • Make periodic field inspections during construction to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Review and process shop drawings and material submissions
  • Attend construction progress meetings
  • Issue change orders/bulletins as required
  • Review and process contractor payment requests
  • Coordinate installation schedule for furnishings
  • Prepare punch list at project completion
  • Monitor resolution of punch list items
